Welcome to the Original Seed Cigar & Lounge Help Center. We’re here to answer any question or concern you have about our products or store. Where are you located?
OSC&L is located at 32 North Summer Street, Adams, Ma 01220
What are OSC&L hours of operation?
OSC&L is open Monday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., CLOSED Tuesday, Wednesday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday & Friday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday & Sunday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Locker holders will also have additional usage of the lounge during Magic Hours. Magic Hours are hours when the lounge is only available to locker holders. These hours are outside of normal daily operation.
Do you have to be a locker holder in order to use the lounge?
No. If you are a retail customer of OSC&L you have full access to the lounge and all of its amenities for a lounge fee of $4.99Â daily or 10 visits for $45.
What is the minimum age a customer has to be in order to purchase a product?
21 years of age. All persons entering the retail store or lounge MUST be 21 years of age.
Is your store kid-friendly?
No. No children are allowed in either the retail store or the smoking lounge.
Can I bring my own cigars to smoke in the lounge?
No. OSC&L has a strict buy here, smoke here policy.
Can I smoke cigarettes, marijuana or use my vape in the lounge?
No. The lounge is for OSC&L customers to enjoy their premium cigars and pipe tobacco only.
I'm 21, but my friend isn't. Can they come and hang out with me in the lounge if they are not smoking?
No. OSC&L has a strict 21 and over policy in the retail store and the smoking lounge.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No. Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside of OSC&L.
